Heyo! My name is Mitchy and it's amazing to meet you! I was born and raised in Manila and I am now based in Sydney. I love everything creative. Aside from doing shoots and designing, I am also a filmmaker and storyteller. I write and produce my scripts and film. I've also been involved in a number of Pre-production (Producer for short films and docos), Production (DOP, camera operator, and audio), and Post-prod projects (editor for short films, PTC, interviews, social media content, and I also do animations). I also do live events broadcasts as a director, camera operator, and graphics operator.
I loooooooove music! My favourites are music without lyrics xD My brain can't process music and lyrics at the same time haha. Or I listen to music that I don't understand the lyrics (that also works for me lol). My favourites are Tide/Edit, Saib., Radwimps, Jonathan Ogden, and Lindsey Sterling. I also love listening to movie soundtracks esp Radwimps, Hans Zimmer and Joe Hisaishi.
I'm a gamer xD (If you're looking for someone to play with, hit me up! I play a lot of Overwatch). Being a gamer landed me design gigs for gaming companies that are based in the US (See Mom! I am not wasting time playing games haha). I also love to draw. I love reading books and manga (I consume any good stories regardless of the medium!). I'm a lover of anime and lover of memes, and I love watching dogs play at the dog park :) (If you need a pet sitter, I'm keen!).
I love listening to people's stories and seeing them dream and live that dreams. Doing and pursuing what they are passionate about- regardless of the odds, the bills that they need to pay and a life to juggle... They just go and pursue the things that they love to do. And yeah, if you are on this journey, I totally feel you, haha! I'm still starting out, trying to build a life here in Sydney.
